Data controller

OPENCREAM SASU (trading as Opencream Studio), 15 avenue Marie-Amélie, Bâtiment G, 60500 Chantilly, France, SIREN 933 709 990, is the controller of the data collected on this website. Contact: legal@opencream.studio. We have not appointed a data protection officer.

Data collected, purposes and legal bases

Cookies and local storage

We use one strictly necessary cookie, cookie_consent, which remembers your choice (accepted or refused) for 12 months. If you accept audience measurement, PostHog also stores identifiers (a cookie and local storage whose names start with ph_). Without your consent, nothing of this kind is written to your device. Session recordings are turned off.

You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. Refusing is as easy as accepting.

Recipients and processors

The Opencream Studio team can access your data. We use the following providers:

Transfers outside the European Union

Form data and audience measurement data are hosted in the European Union. PostHog Inc. is a US company; any access from the United States is covered by the safeguards in Chapter V of the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). You can ask for a copy at the address above.

How long we keep data

Contact form data is kept for 2 years after our last exchange and then deleted, unless you become a client: it then follows the legal retention periods that apply to the business relationship. The choice stored in cookie_consent lasts 12 months. Audience measurement identifiers, if you accepted them, stay in your browser until you withdraw your consent or clear your browsing data.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to the processing of and port your data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time and to give instructions on what happens to your data after your death. To use these rights, write to legal@opencream.studio or use the contact form.

You can file a complaint with the CNIL (Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés, the French data protection authority), www.cnil.fr. We make no automated decisions about you.
